Coomba Park
"Nirvana' - Over 630 Metres of Wallis Lake & River Waterfrontage

Description
A stunning 30 acre lakeside property. This is one of the most magnificent lakeside properties in NSW and it oozes potential. We very rarely see a property like this.
Jutting out into Wallis Lake, with 270 degree vistas, more than 600 meters of lake access and a private jetty, this is paradise for those who love water, water sports, beautiful scenery, seclusion and rich wildlife. Neatly positioned at the end of the road, there is no passing traffic and little boat traffic, so seclusion, peace and tranquillity are assured. The property is raised out of the lake for good elevated views and has flat to gently undulating well kept lawns with a large dam.
But it abounds in wildlife. Kangaroos graze on its rich pastures and dozens of bird species call it home. This is traditionally beef and dairy pasture, so keeping some horses, alpacas or cows is straight forward. There are even pods of porpoises that pop by to say hi. Watch beautiful sunrises and enjoy spectacular sunsets over the lake.
Adjacent to the Coolongolook and Wallingat rivers, many creeks and beautiful bays, kayakers will never grow tired. Bushwalkers, birdwatchers and cyclists have the Wallangat, Myall Lake and Wang Wauk National Parks to explore.
Wallis Lake is famous for its excellent fishing, crabbing and water sports. The locals enjoy the lake in everything from a tiny tinny to ski boats, jet skis and luxury cruisers. Sailors may like to join in the activities of the Coomba Park Aquatic Club. For those who prefer offshore activities, you can be at sea in about 20 minutes, joining the Forster fishing fleet over the Forster bar.
The property has a charming farm cottage with tastefully restyled interiors and timber floors. It offers open plan living with 4 bedrooms, one bathroom and separate toilet. Phone reception is good and NBN is excellent. A full length verandah is perfect to just sit and admire the scenery. There is a detached double-width farm shed (with power) for the handyman or to keep the boat.
It is 45 minutes to Forster by car or 15 to 20 minutes by boat (depending on your boat). Only 25 minutes to the famous ocean beaches of Blueys, Elizabeth and Boomerang. A few minutes further away is the iconic Seal Rocks.
